Courtown Woods are currently carpeted with delicious Wild Garlic and heres a chance to learn everything there is to know about this amazing wild pantry staple!

Some of you may have made pesto in the past, but what else can be done with it!? From steak rubs, to salad dressings to pasta sauces and even fabric dye, this little plant has plenty of uses!

Join our resident Foraging Guide Lorraine from Gallivanting.ie for a walk to gather the wild garlic then its back to the car park for a demo in what we can do with it.

You’ll be able to taste a number of samples made earlier and on the day and you’ll head home with a basket of ingredients, some recipes to try and a buzz for more!
